Make your own food wax wraps
8 February @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm£19.50
This is a great fun, sociable workshop where you will learn how to make your own wax food wraps using either beeswax or soy wax. Everything will be provided for you to make your wraps, which can be cut to various sizes to suit different food types.
If you own a pair of pinking shears it would be useful if you could bring them along and if you have a particular piece of fabric(s) that you would like to use, feel free to bring them, wraps work best with lightweight natural materials, such as 100% cotton.
Why use Wax Wraps:
Plastic is ruining the beautiful world that we live in, by using wax wraps in place of single use plastics such as cling film, we are able to make a significant difference to our environment as well as reducing the amount of plastic toxins that get into our food.
Tea and coffee will be provided.
The workshop will run for approximately two hours. 2pm – 4pm
