Meat-free menus for an eco kitchen
25 April @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm£15
Are you new to being vegetarian or vegan? Or just need some ideas on how to reduce meat from your diet? Low meat/no meat diets are becoming much more popular due to the impact intensive farming has on the environment. This workshop looks at how to make healthy swaps and create tasty meals, that won’t break the bank.
During the workshop, you’ll get to try and taste some delicious alternatives, with a cooking demonstration from food blogger PK Whalen. She’ll share a sample of her recipes and introduced a variety of ingredients to help with a nutritionally balanced diet.
You will leave the workshop with a range of recipes and the knowledge on how to plan and prep a selection of plant based meals, and likely a full tummy too!
