About the opportunity

Globe has recently opened an eco shop on site at the eco centre, with a range of personal, household and food products and refills. We need volunteers to help with day to day running of the shop, serving visitors and helping to manage the stock for our sellers.

Support is needed during the shop opening hours, 9am-5pm Tuesday – Saturday. We would ask for a minimum of one day a week.

In return we can provide training and support to learn new skills in a friednlf environment, as well as opportunities to take part in some of the workshops and craft sessions.

Practical Considerations

• Volunteers will be cleared through the Disclosure & Barring Service (formerly CRB) where this applicable
• Volunteers may come into contact with young people and vulnerable adults.
• Volunteers will be invited to take part in relevant induction
• Additional training will be provided, where this is required
• Reasonable expenses covered.
